OK, so I got the bright idea to do a cleanse. You know, one of those digestive tract numbers.
It's a seven day process, and I have to say that Day 1 has been kind of rough.
The box coyly puts it that some people feel a sense of "lightness". Me? I just feel ultra hungry, kind crabby and a bit stoned... let's hope this ends soon. Otherwise it's going to be a long 7 days.
