OK, so that lovely sunroom of ours?
Yeah... the previous owners simply ignored the leak in the roof.... for a decade!
My dad ripped down the pine ceiling cover, then the shitty acoustic tile and then the plaster board... all to reveal one fully, and several partially, rotten 2x10 boards.
Who exactly leaves a leak that long?

oh no, that sucks. booo, previous owners. but hey, you have a house! and you've come so far since last year. a stupid leaky roof shouldn't get you down! *hugs*
That sucks.
It's amazing what people will put up with. Leaky roofs can often times be fixed with a bucket, which is cheap...
Yeah fish. I think I saw that episode of Holmes on Homes where he fixed leaks with a bucket.
